- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆2017-06-04, by Alan WestEye Test performed on 28th February, glasses ordered on the same day, waited 15 days for some sort of contact. Telephoned shop, rang for 2 - 3 minutes, no answer. Rang again and was answered after about a minute. I was informed that the glasses are sitting in shop. No-one had bothered to contact me. Checked that both numbers they had were correct but assistant could not explain why no calls had been made or messages had been left. Poor customer service.
